We collect information from and about you; Collate will collect and may use data that you provide throughout the Contest entry and submission process, or when you contact us. We may also obtain information from third-parties, such as social media platforms.

Contact information. We will collect your name, email address, nationality and other contact information when you enter the Contest on our website.

The following will be made visible on the gallery directory via a web app:

• Profile
• Instagram handle
• Website

Please note, this gallery directory/web app will be accessible to members of the public / delegates visiting the exhibition. The Promoter: Marmalade on Toast Ltd, will not have any control over who sees this directory. The Promoter will not collect data on who attends the exhibition. Any communication between delegates and artists will not be monitored by The Promoter.

Images submitted to the Collate web app may be used on the Collate Instagram channel. Images, artists/designers instagram handle and name will be included in each post where a submitted image is shared.

The promoter; Marmalade on Toast Ltd, may choose to share imagery and submitted art work on their own social channels (Instagram and Twitter). Artist/designer’s artwork may appear in these social posts. By entering the competition you agree to the sharing of your image, name and social handle to be included.

In operating our website data that we collect from you is stored within the European Union. By providing your personal data to us, you agree to this. We do our upmost to ensure that all reasonable steps are taken to make sure that your data is treated and stored securely.
